Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To arrange / hire transport (truck & vehicle) and ensure delivery according to customer requirement.
∎ Manage overall transport operation of Food Factory and ensure profitability of each vehicle.
∎ Responsible for standardizing transportation policies & procedure.
∎ Manage proper trip schedule of driver ahead to meet driver rest time as well as to meet delivery schedule.
∎ Responsible for ensuring transport department is profitable and managing expenses.
∎ Manage down trip of truck for profitability of transport operation.
∎ Responsible for overseeing driver & helper recruitment in order to select efficient driver & helper as well as fill up shortage driver according to requirements.
∎ Ensure monitoring of ERP, Tracker, MIS reports and documentation for proper vehicle management.
