Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create accurate bills for transport services provided to customers, including all charges like fuel, distance and other fees.
∎ Check all details on transport documents, such as routes, delivery times and rates to ensure everything is correct before preparing the bill.
∎ Add up the costs for services like fuel, driver hours and distance to determine the total amount the customer needs to pay.
∎ Keep organized records of all transport bill and invoices for future reference or audits.
∎ Share the bills and payment details with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of payments.
∎ Prepare and send out transport bills on time to avoid delays in payments and ensure smooth business operations.
