Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality Fresh Calcium Carbonate products.
∎ Lead, mentor and manage the QC team to foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
∎ Oversee laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates and final products to promptly detect deviations and ensure product quality.
∎ Maintain accurate quality control records to facilitate compliance and data-driven decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce production costs.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment and build trust with stakeholders.
∎ Interact with suppliers to ensure incoming raw material quality and collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit regular quality reports to the Plant Head, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates having working experience in Calcium Carbonate Plant/ Chemical Plants will get preference.
