Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Analyze, Monitor and determine the level of present customer satisfaction through different measurable tools and develop policies for enhancing the level of customer satisfaction under different aspect.
∎ To provide proper protocol (from every aspect) to the Customers.
∎ To Listen Customers Discomfort and take day to day note.
∎ To perform jobs when & where assigned by the Departmental Head.
∎ To develop an effective & efficient Customer Care System.
∎ To Implement & Monitor the System.
∎ To ensure the optimum level of Customer Satisfaction through the team.
∎ To Guide both Pre & Post Care team.
∎ To keep a close relationship with all valued customers and landowners.
∎ To ensure a one stop Customer Service through efficient Team Management.
