Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University (government preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting facility inspections, planning, and executing preventive and scheduled maintenance activities.
∎ Creating maintenance procedures (SOPs), developing maintenance guides and techniques, and updating them as needed.
∎ Preparing summary reports of conditions in infrastructures and recommend actions to be taken to improve operational efficiencies.
∎ Direct and coordinate construction, maintenance, support, documentation, and related activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and requirements.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation, including records of maintenance activities, material stock supplies, equipment, repairs, and other relevant tasks.
∎ Monitoring building systems, such as heating, cooling, and plumbing systems, to identify problems and ensure they are fixed in a timely manner.
∎ Scheduling repairs and making arrangements for contractors to perform the work, including selecting vendors and supervising contractors on site.
∎ Ensuring training of the team and technical staff in all maintenance and repairment
∎ procedures.
∎ Responding and providing assistance to any civil engineering-related issues whether it is urgent/emergency calls or corrective works within owned facilities.
∎ Overseeing general construction work such as painting, wallpapering, plumbing, roofing, masonry, and carpentry.
∎ Analyze information related to civil engineering works and prepare engineering reports on that regard to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years of recognized experience in a similar scope.
∎ Site Planning and Design
∎ Structural Design and analysis
∎ AutoCAD proficiency
∎ Computer literate, experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office
∎ Understanding of safety, relevant regulations, and infrastructure codes.
