Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc or Diploma Engineer (preferably Automobile Engineering) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and executing scheduled maintenance activities
∎ Conducting servicing and addressing breakdown repairs of industrial vehicles, includingresponding to emergencies.
∎ Creating maintenance procedures (SOPs), developing troubleshooting guides and techniques,and updating them as needed.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation, including records of maintenance activities, stocksupplies, equipment, faults, repairs, and other relevant tasks.
∎ Allocating automotive manpower to various production departments based on their
∎ requirements.
∎ Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and conducting post-repair testing.
∎ Ensuring training of the team and technical staff in scheduled maintenance and breakdownprocedures, as well as supervising contractors.
∎ Procuring specialized components, fixtures, or fittings as necessary.
∎ Managing budget planning and implementing cost-saving measures.
∎ Ensuring effective control and security of vehicle spare parts inventory.
∎ Keeping departmental equipment in a safe and organized condition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of recognized experience in Automobile discipline.
∎ Ability to work with heavy equipment.
∎ Computer literate, good knowledge in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Outlook).
∎ Good communication and training skills.
∎ Advanced troubleshooting skills.
∎ Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
