Customer Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate and clarify the customers with any query regarding any product mostly through social media platform
∎ Communicate with existing and potential customers through social media platforms and over the phone.
∎ Engage in any other relevant tasks delegated by Department head/Management.
∎ Up-sale quality will be prioritized.
∎ Create and manage air export documentation
∎ Handle relevant ACR (Advance Cargo Reporting) activities
∎ Handle selected Vendor facing communication and shipment related internal communication between stakeholders
∎ Ensure the accurate and timely movement of air freight to- and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the Customer
∎ Handle all Customer facing communication and shipment related internal communication between/with stakeholders
∎ Ensure Customers are invoiced for all shipment related charges
∎ Frequent meeting with existing/new clients for focusing the scope of business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skill and ability.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales.
