Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Solving Customers Complaints through Facebook and Email., Telecommunication Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ o monitor and maintain customer care section of customer service department.
∎ To monitor and manage all customer complaints and inquiries through facebook/E-mail/phone call and reply quickly with good manner.
∎ Maintain customer contact record of customer problems which are solved / not solved and submit daily report to management.
∎ Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
∎ Report to management about daily, weekly & monthly update situation.
∎ Quarterly budget planning and keeping it.
∎ Monitoring market situation (by web & site visit & survey)
∎ Planning customer care activity.
∎ Communicate with other department to make event.
∎ Summarizing and monitoring dealer data.
∎ Making report by MS Power Point.
∎ Analyzing data by MS Excel.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Effective problem solving & decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.
∎ A thorough knowledge of product and services of the company as well as industry.
∎ Ability to use computer system for CR management.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
