Job Context:
∎ Following position for Dahmashi Trading Company Ltd Sales & Marketing Division in the area of commercial department for the whole country Bangladesh.
∎ Office Time: 09:30am-06:30pm (Six Days).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge in building material (Like metal Items, faucet, shower set, Sink, sanitary accessories, Door lock, door accessories. Ceramic Items like Commode, Basin, Urinal etc. And it's HS Codes, Custom assessment values, Freight & Forwarding knowledge, calculations etc.
∎ Knowledge in how to create PI for Building Materials for import is must.
∎ Experience in proper LC opening up to the standard of the organization. And also, LC amendments process knowledge is must. Local bills checking as per L/C and confirm release docs.
∎ Responsible to maintain all commercial activities. To deal with all kinds of L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ Prepare LC opening & closing statement for Report to Management. Shipping Documents checking as per L/C Clause.
∎ Goods release from the Customs. Good relationship with Custom Office is preferable.
∎ Clearing & Forwarding agent Management: Import Doc's Handover to C&F Agent with Bank Endorsement for clearing the imported Goods. Shipping Doc's handover to C&F agent for Export, follow up about Assessment and Examine, collect the Bill of Entry / Shipping Bill as authenticated Import & Export record.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time. Stock analysis, prepare products requirement as per brand.
∎ Monitor overall activities of the import, avail government incentives and coordinate with banks, other departments, outside parties, government offices.
∎ Familiar with custom rules, import policies, & SROs and import related web portals.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import/Export documentation.
∎ Maintain liaison with customs, C&F and other related Government officials.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company.
∎ Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc.). Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all LC, payment etc.
∎ Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 6-8 years of Experience in same work field.
∎ Computer literacy and proper excel knowledge is must.
∎ Any training on LC / Import, Custom related is preferable.
∎ No Adherence issues will be allowed.
∎ Maintain office time.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Lunch: Fully subsidize.
∎ Bonus: Yearly Two.
∎ Travel allowances, Monthly mobile bill as per company policy.
