∎ At least 3 year(s)

Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All co-responding with suppliers for on-time shipment, offer, PI, etc.
∎ Corresponding with C & F in all ports regarding Import and Exports issues.
∎ Monitoring delivery from the port as per factory urgency.
∎ Negotiation with buyers for commercials issues like L/C clause, VAT, payment, acceptance, etc.
∎ Monitoring renewal or amendment of all licenses.
∎ Monitoring to release indemnity release in time under SRO facility.
∎ Every day dealing with banks, BEPZA, and other relevant bodies regarding trade issues (L/C, L/C amendment, Foreign Docs, Local payment), import loan, EDF loan, limit, and charges.
∎ Checking Bank voucher.
∎ Monitoring Bond-related work and resolve.
∎ Daily follow incentive work and resolve the problem.
∎ Bangladesh Bank work regarding FC loan, EDF loan Extension, Cash Incentive fund collection,
∎ Monitoring the everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing funds for payment of cash LC and term loan.
∎ Monitoring arranges and process term loan payment according to schedule.
∎ Quarterly report to Bangladesh bank regarding term loan.
∎ Local bills checking as per L/C and confirm release docs.
∎ Monitoring cash sale and wastage sale and related permission as per regulatory rules.
∎ Monitoring insurance policy and insurance claim.
∎ Drafting and reporting as per management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
