Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for execution and responsible for timely completion of the civil construction project as per plan. Planning for execution and responsible for timely completion of the civil construction project as per plan.
∎ To coordinate with authority, design team and top management regarding drawing and material specifications.
∎ Work within project schedules to meet internal deadlines.
∎ Supervise and control of the job activities of the subordinates of the project.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklist / quality control and appropriate/ standard procedures.
∎ Ensure the timely preparation of contractors/ suppliers running and final bills.
∎ Budget preparation
∎ Face regular Audits regarding the structural integrity of the Factories
∎ Ensure that all the relevant documents are up to date and meet the current standards and practices
∎ Provide logical explanations and arguments in the companies favor
∎ Monitor the specification of project materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have working experience in renovation and retrofitting works.
∎ Sound knowledge about building construction & interior
∎ Etabs, AutoCAD, Excel, word, and Power Point literacy required.
