Job Responsibilities:
∎ Channel partners’ Commission Management:
∎ Project Management
∎ Process finalization for channel commission calculation & disbursement
∎ Ensure accuracy in commission calculation and payment
∎ Ensure timely commission payout to all channels
∎ Support pricing team with commission analysis to develop new models
∎ Suggest and implement changes in commission structure/modality of existing channel
∎ Coordination with cross functional team to implement any change or to establish efficiency in process
∎ Commission Dispute Handling
∎ Review exiting processes & accommodate changes if required
∎ Reporting and Analysis to ensure full visibility to the management as well as other stakeholders
∎ Channel partner’s ROI analysis
∎ Reporting and Analysis
∎ Regular Operational Reporting to Channels and partners
∎ Periodic Reporting
∎ Management updates
∎ Ad hoc analysis
∎ Competencies:
∎ Self-initiated learning orientation.
∎ High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence.
∎ Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately when interacting with individuals groups.
∎ Communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
∎ Ability to maintain attention and complete assignments in time despite frequent stressful, emergency critical or unusual interruption.
