Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc.in Civil Engineer from any reputed educational Institute/University
∎ Note: For Diploma must have 15-20 years working experience & BSc. 8-10 years.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the Bridge and Road construction site from start to finish. Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
∎ Communicate effectively with the contractors and responsible for:
∎ preparation of BOQ for bridge and road projects.
∎ Completing various phases of roads and bridge works. Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers.
∎ Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams / sub-contractors.
∎ Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
∎ Ensure project documents are complete. Identify the elements of bridge design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
∎ Well Conversion like, Drawing study, Bar-bending Schedule, Execution strategy, etc.
∎ Familiar with roads & bridge design guidelines, specifications, and technical standards.
∎ Experience in successfully managing roads and bridges works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in construction of Road, Bridges
∎ Should have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Capacity to handle the pressure. Strong focus on quality.
