Job Context:
∎ Job location- Mukterpur, Munshigonj.
∎ Candidate must be Stay residential at factory premises.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of Automobile engineers, Auto Technician, Denting and Painting mechanic, Tyre mechanic and lath technician.
∎ Maintain all vehicles in proper working condition to ensure optimum results.
∎ Follow up on all routine maintenance to ensure that all vehicles are in running condition.
∎ Inspect individual vehicles and ensure Quality Control of parts & services.
∎ Ensure availability of spares for breakdown & preventive maintenance.
∎ Maintain communication with store and purchase department for monitoring and ordering spare parts.
∎ Identify and implement various measures to improve efficiency of the vehicles.
∎ Monitor daily maintenance work.
∎ Minimize the maintenance cost of the vehicles.
∎ Maintain workshop hygiene properly.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the operating parameters and take immediate corrective action.
∎ Verify the fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL of each one.
∎ Report to the management on daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have the mentality to work at field (worker) level.
∎ Able to work in ERP software
∎ Able to work in MS Office especially MS excel worksheet
∎ Good knowledge & substantial working experience in the relevant field.
