∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Freight, Customer Handling, Transportation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with airlines to get competitive rate and ensure space as per requirement
∎ Online & manual booking management
∎ Make sure on time response to RFQ of different Customers
∎ Manage long-term client relationship, constantly maintain high-level service satisfaction and ensure all KPI are achieved.
∎ Ensure all service issues/complaints are handled professionally and properly escalated when needed.
∎ Ensure that customer requirements are delivered and properly manage customer's expectation.
∎ Initiate and manage partnership strategy with agent offices in other countries as well as local/oversea co-loaders.
∎ Identify and eliminate problems both internal and external to get the job done effectively.
∎ Create positive and collaborative work atmosphere among team members
∎ Work closely with other departments to achieve synergy of cooperation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Female candidates will be given priority.
∎ Good communication skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must have previous knowledge to deal with airlines.

Salary: Negotiable
