Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with the local police station and other Govt. agencies, officials, Stakeholders, other law enforcement authorities, political representatives, and other related personnel to resolve problems as and when required.
∎ Maintain and control the transport facilities at the factory.
∎ Monitor and supervise the food management in the Factory’s canteen.
∎ Renewing all statuary Licenses and maintaining them properly.
∎ Ensure periodical Fire and Safety drills in the factory.
∎ Organizing various events in the factory.
∎ Ensure the factory Vigilance duty and monitoring properly.
∎ Supervise the factory’s Poll vehicle’s movement.
∎ Monitor all security matters.
∎ Ensure the security personnel is performing their duties sincerely and dedicatedly.
∎ Work as a team player with cross functions for smooth operation.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
∎ Must be able to set priorities focusing on important tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines under pressured environment.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Factory Administration, and General Administration
∎ knowledge in MS Office, email and Internet.
