Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ Post Graduate/MBA Preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, General HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Fleet Management and Automobile Maintenance
∎ 1.1 Maintain the office cars and manage drivers and car pool operations.
∎ 1.2 Conduct periodic maintenance of the cars.
∎ 1.3 Maintain the registrations and all other important documentation of the cars.
∎ 1.4 Periodical bill checking of the fuel and gas with the drivers.
∎ 1.5 Periodical fuel consumption report of all the cars.
∎ 1.6 Check the log books of the cars.
∎ 1.7 Handle all the issues of drivers.
∎ 1.8 Driver’s training for their development and support to employee and management.
∎ 1.9 Any other relevant issues regarding the fleet and automobile maintenance.
∎ 2. Security Maintenance
∎ 2.1 Check the attendance of the security.
∎ 2.2 Give appropriate training to the security when needed.
∎ 2.3 Check the service of the security and ensure standards are maintained.
∎ 2.4 Periodical follow-ups with the security.
∎ 2.5 Take instant action if the security service is not in an appropriate order.
∎ 3. Health Hygiene and Cleanliness
∎ Maintain the health and hygiene and cleanliness of all the projects of CDL. Periodical checking of the cleanliness of all sites. Maintain the appropriate checklist of the cleanliness every day. Must ensure that appropriate housekeeping is followed for better service to the employees and the office.
∎ 4. Facility Service Management:
∎ 4.1 Align with facility service in charge/manager for ensuring better facility management.
∎ 4.2 Ensure service support to the clients / customers/ tenants with periodical follow ups.
∎ 4.3 Give guidelines to the facility managers and service in-charges for ensuring better service.
∎ 4.4 Check the all-important aspects (Electromechanical & Civil) of the sites and do the follow ups for periodical maintenance.
∎ 4.5 Periodical site visits and maintenance of the sites.
∎ 4.6 Respond instantly to any issues at the sites.
∎ 5.0 Check the utility bills and do the appropriate filing.
∎ 6.0 Assist HR to do the attendance for sites and Head office.
∎ 7.0 Maintain the appropriate filing of the administration department.
∎ 8.0 Execute the monthly service bill charge and ensure the bill collection through collection department.
∎ 9.0 Attend Admin meetings and find out the issues and solve the issues with the help of concerned departments.
∎ 10.0 Manage and advise the front desk for better service to the internal and external personnel of the Company.
∎ 11.0 Manage any corporate events by CDL.
∎ 12.0 Must complete all the given tasks when required within given deadline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in export related industry would be helpful.

Salary: Negotiable
