Maintenance, Operation & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the maintenance of all machinery including: Ball mill machine, Jaw crusher, Attrition mill machine, Impact mill machine, Turbo whirl coating mill, various compressors, Sub-Stations, ATS, CCTV, Pumps, conveyor belts, Provincial Waste Disposal, Leased Equipment, Industrial Supply vendors etc.
∎ Conduct training for new hires and ongoing Dept. in safety issue,
∎ Ensure the necessary equipment is maintained to achieve expected output.
∎ Manages the Maintenance Department through the successful direction on each shift and supervises indirectly to the maintenance personnel;
∎ Coordinate with local authority or standard association for testing and inspection of hydro, fire prevention system, building permit and pressure vessel as required by rule;
∎ Prepare Safety Standards and Operating Procedures
∎ Prepare detailed design drawings and technical specifications
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling.
∎ Experience in maintaining Calcium Carbonate Plant.
