∎ Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspondence with supplier regarding goods shipment according to contractual terms.
∎ Check and Scrutiny of Sales contract (Raw Materials in Bulk), Finalize the contractual terms; sing the same again upon receipt of approval from management.
∎ Lodgment of claim for short shipment, defective import purchase module (As required).
∎ Supervise purchase module in ERP Software and also provide training to fellow team members.
∎ Supervise LC operation including amendments and other operational works.
∎ Collect Proforma Invoice from Overseas Vendor, Open LC, Follow up with Vendor regarding shipment and delivery of Product.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge in FOREIGN EXCHANGE POLICY, INCOTERMS & ICC RULES.
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge in Export-Import, foreign trade, Commercial & its legal requirement.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on machinery parts and technical specification
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge in English communication.
