∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Should have experience in VRM Plant, E-crane, Van Aalst fly ash unloading, H&B Packing machine, DCS, SCADA, various electrical instrument, VFD, 33/11KV Substation, HMI and Siemens PLC troubleshooting and maintenance
∎ Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing plant
∎ Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
∎ Experience in developing and executing electrical engineering strategies to achieve operational goals
∎ Sound knowledge of safety standards
∎ Should have excellent communication skill and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
∎ Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office and ERP
∎ Should be honest and dedicated

∎ Develop and implement strategies for electrical engineering operations at the cement plant to increase efficiencies and reduce costs
∎ Machinery installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment at the cement plant
∎ Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as production, maintenance, and safety to ensure seamless operations across the cement plant
∎ Develop and manage the budget for the electrical engineering department and ensure adherence to financial targets
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical engineering activities at the cement plant
∎ Liaise with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of electrical engineering services
∎ Carry out the instructions received from the top management
