Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all drawing like architectural, structural, plumbing and sanitary, electrical, fire, HVAC to find out any miss match and contact with Design team or Consultant for necessary correction.
∎ Calculate the Construction/Saleable Area based on RAJUK/CDA FAR & others related rules.
∎ Assist in Prepare work program as Gantt. Chart by using Microsoft Project or Excel. Guide to prepare micro program based on master program. Find out delays and solution to overcome program delay to maintain deadline as per master program.
∎ Project Cost Analysis for the feasibility of the project before take over the project, Sale rate, Sale feasibility, Company Overhead etc.
∎ Overall Plan to deploy workers and other resource as per client requirements and master program to ensure timely delivery of quality projects accurately with utmost Customer Satisfaction.
∎ To prepare and follow yearly departmental budget (man-machine-material) and aiming to profitability and financial stability.
∎ Top supervision & monitoring Engineering & Construction Projects in a safe and cost effective manner as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supervising and monitoring the quality of the construction/installation works as per agreed drawing, specification and standard in the bill of Quantities (BOQ technical).
∎ Assist in preparing BOQ of the Project, sign materials requisition (MR), materials quality check, sign in materials receiving report (MRR), sign challan if required.
∎ Top Monitoring to Materials sample collection and packaging, site/Lab test as per direction of engineer.
∎ Prepare closing report or any other feasibility report required by Top Management.
∎ To develop functional strategies and model, to support departmental works with legal requirements, building and safety codes, policies and procedures and other functional regulation
∎ Strictly follow up and evaluate team performance, to encourage and train team taking higher responsibilities with high productivity and to perform towards Excellence
∎ Any other works instructed by Top Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience criteria can be relaxed for perfect experience in Construction work.
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 years practical experiences in an Engineering & Construction firm.
∎ Knowledge of building materials, construction details, rules, regulations and quality standards
∎ Understanding of all construction process, shuttering materials, materials testing etc.
Salary: Negotiable
