∎ Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over seeing day-to-day activities of Admin Staffs, Security function, building maintenance team, Fire Safety team and service providers/contractors/ stake holders/regulatory body
∎ Keep liaison with relevant Govt. authority. (BEPZA, Custom, Fire Department, Environmental department, law enforcing agency, etc.) for smooth operation support of the company/factory
∎ Inventory & Management of company's assets
∎ Support to foreign staffs/Customers/ Guest with respect to Work permit, Visa, travel arrangement, accommodation etc
∎ Work in company's vehicle management service
∎ Dealing and monitoring catering service provider to ensure on time supply of agreed quality and quantity of food
∎ Ensure smooth utility support /management
∎ Up-to-date record keeping ( All license, permit, etc. required for factory set up & business operation)
∎ Contribution towards company's business through administrative support
∎ Provide logistic support to all department/function and administrative support as required by higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in the same field
∎ Retired defense officials are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent communication & Interpersonal skill
∎ Data analysis & presentation
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer literacy
