Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation or Graduation from any subject except BBA & MBA in Marketing & Finance.

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide stock clearance by checking the availability of product in system (ERP software) or physically checking the availability of product in store houses in case of any purchase order given by customers.
∎ Delivery of the product to the customer end by ensuring proper packaging, labeling and proper documentation like work order, mushuk copy, delivery note and invoice.
∎ Handover the product to delivery man and perform follow up with tracking activities to determine delivery status.
∎ Organize the delivery process and coordinate drivers, vehicles to ensure to deliver the products timely and accurately as well as cost effectively.
∎ Address delivery and procurement problems such as delays and inaccuracies according to company protocols.
∎ Collect bill and Chalan copy from delivery man after ensuring delivery of product to customer end and send this document to accounts department.
∎ Receive the materials ordered by the purchase/IT department and supplied by the vendors in a proper maintains as per the laid down procedure.
∎ To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.
∎ To stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc.
∎ Responsible for monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods from store houses.
∎ Regularly update database about stocks availability in ERP system and stock product shifting for all branches.
∎ Always Update ERP data base for stock ensure, stock adjust, sells return, purchase entry, purchase return, stock transfer and so on.
∎ Maintain inventory, order materials, and manage and oversee store houses personnel.
∎ Manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs and coordinate and control order cycles.
∎ Create and maintain effective liaison with vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts in the best interest of the company.
∎ Oversee and coordinate a variety of tasks to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment.
∎ Coordinate activities with procurement/ IT officers to ensure timely order placement of required items.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in IT Industry or related industry will be given preference.
∎ Working experience with ERP/Tally software will be given preference.
∎ Strong time management skills and communication skills
∎ Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations
∎ Ability to work under pressure
