Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: Customer focused, Efficient, Friendly and responsive, Quality driven, Self motivated, Technical knowledge

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Handling, Fabric testing, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act upon client feedback and assist customers as necessary
∎ Work to regain lost customer and new lead generation
∎ Handle day-to-day operations in a timely, complete and proper manner (e.g. inquiries on job progress, sample acknowledgment, result interpretation, submission process, services, prices, TRF, etc.)
∎ Handling daily subcontract testing jobs in textile and food lab.
∎ Prepare quotation (where appropriate)
∎ Keep a record of return, tested and cancel sample and follow up
∎ Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery
∎ To communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling to ensure execution of the job in a satisfactory manner
∎ Perform other job-related assignments as and when instructed by the team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
∎ Able to operate office applications
∎ Skilled in written and spoken English.
