∎ Having problem solving skills , RCA, CAP and innovative skills.
∎ Must have knowledge on Auto-cad and Engineering drawing.
∎ Should maintain and troubleshoot the Bakery machineries.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of food processing machines
∎ Update preventive maintenance plan, machine profile and ISO documents.
∎ Ensure proper inventory, justification of machine spare parts.
