∎ Candidates having practical experience in working at Auto Bricks & Block Machines will get preference.
∎ Practical knowledge about Microsoft Office Packages.
∎ Good analytical as well interpersonal communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for smooth operation of production system of auto bricks to achieve daily production target.
∎ Allocate material & manpower as per production plan to avoid bottleneck from operation.
∎ Ensure production quality as per standard and customers requirement and company’s expectation.
∎ Reduce manpower costs by modifying process and adding new features of machines.
∎ Create, maintain, and adjust the product-line-level strategy and production schedules.
∎ Identify problems in the production line and provide immediate solution.
∎ Maintain liaison with other engineers, store in charge and labor to improve production process.
∎ Control and reduce wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Check the availability of raw materials & ensure storage of raw materials.
∎ Follow factory safety policy and ensure housekeeping and floor safety as per regulation.
∎ Prepare & maintain reports of production regularly and submit it to management when needed.
