∎ Proven experiences in CVD process and glass production
∎ Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct and Supervise departmental employees and control maintenance of area including Tin bath & Annealing & CVD operations (e.g. Regulating tweel, top roller ,lift out roller ,CVD & purging).
∎ Keep observation on glass forming process and give direction to the shift officer for betterment of the process.
∎ Check over all condition of the CVD glass production process such as temperature, pressure and flow of the various operation chambers and control in any problem arise through the disturbances of the parameter and controlling system.
∎ Major inspection over all equipment instrument and mechanical body. Ensure these are running smoothly at normal physical condition and at desired level of safety.
∎ Co-operate with the maintenance team and accomplish the related work as early as possible without disturbance of the process.
∎ Give direction at the of regulating tweel replacement thickness change, Major purging or any other process related jobs and co-ordinate them.
∎ Nullify the disturbances of the process by considering the present condition of the process and by applying various changing from the point view experience.
∎ Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment as per AGIL policies and procedures while striving zero accident.
∎ Perform administrative duties necessary for the effective management of the department and develop technical capacity of the department through training.
∎ Perform Forming & annealing & CVD erection, heat up and ensure the design requirement for forming & coordination with the Chinese expert
∎ Over all observation man power activities, conduct and report annual assessment to the higher management based on the selected criteria.
∎ The Assistant Engineer, Forming & Annealing supervise and manage the Forming & Annealing processes within a CVD glass manufacturing facility. Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain optimal process conditions. Provide guidance for process improvements and coordinate critical tasks to optimize production efficiency.
