∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making an estimation of materials according to drawing & design. Detail estimation as well as Preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
∎ To manage construction labor and sub-contractors for civil, electrical, plumbing and other finishing work.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased materials, quality specifications, delivery information, and maintain stock ledger.
∎ Sound knowledge for Supply chain management (SCM) in respect of sourcing construction inputs, produce materials requisition (MR/indent), materials received report (MRR) as per Purchase order (P.O) and Challan.
∎ To prepare contractor bill as per quantity of completed job/works as terms and condition of Work order (W.O).
∎ Mandatory to stay in site Office as per standard office time.
∎ To maintain and motivate personnel towards sites to discipline in respect of smooth management and make labor pro-active.
∎ To ensure smooth functioning of respect of site/project's work in progress.
∎ To supervise and close monitor day to days construction work by ensuring overall sites /projects safety & security.
∎ To monitor projects utilities consumption and arrangement of payment with coordinating head office management.
∎ To produce and upkeep the Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report as per company's policy.
