∎ Diploma-In-Engineering (Electrical)
∎ B.Sc in Electrical will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & analyze maintenance schedule and routine breakdown
∎ Take active role in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of all particle and machinery
∎ Carry out all electrical maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of 11000/400 VAC sub-station, motor, MV/LV switch gear PLC, inverter, sensor, etc.
∎ Ensure trouble shooting and monitoring of BSW Machine and Nova-6 machine, DOL starter & star delta connection, chiller, compressor, liner, loom, lamination and extrusion machine pumps, conveyor belts etc.
∎ Response immediately to electrical breakdown
∎ Maintain and ensure availability of spare parts stock
∎ Inspect firefighting and safety system within the plant area
∎ Maintain proper documentation for electrical maintenance of machinery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical knowledge on 11000/400 VAC sub-station, motor re-winding, panel board wiring, house wiring, DOL starter & star delta connection, chiller, compressor, liner, loom, lamination, and extrusion machine, PLC, inverter, sensor, electrical & electronic devices, etc. is necessary
∎ Sound interpersonal skills
