Educational Requirements:
∎ MInimum Diploma Civil Engineering from reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will require to possess highly technical knowledge regarding Solar Systems Design, Installation, Connection & System Integration.
∎ Will be responsible for overall project site management of different solar projects.
∎ Solar System Project Supervision to Execution, Controlling the total administration of projects.
∎ Ensuring project development by maintaining accuracy as per drawing-design.
∎ Project Management for achieving target(s) with respect to Master Plan or Gantt chart.
∎ Ensuring quality control aspects.
∎ Ensuring pre & post compliance of procedures for all required works.
∎ Maintaining checklist and formats of all works properly on a regular basis
∎ Mandatory presence during supervision-worthy material unloading & installation processes.
∎ Tracking, Supervising and Recording the tests and inspections of project progress and handover.
∎ Preparing & checking all types of estimates of the project including all precautions.
∎ Preparing all types of project related reports on due time.
∎ Ensuring proper safety and security measures and keeping the project highly organized, clean and hygienic.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring to abide by all compliance related obligations required for project.
∎ Technical Communication at Client end regarding Project Strengths and Execution.
∎ Research to develop Solar Systems and stay updated and adaptive to changing technology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ AutoCAD, SCADA & PVSyst Design of Solar System with practical accuracy.
∎ Strong interpersonal leadership and management related qualities requires to plan, delegate, organize and manage project teams.
∎ Must comply with work deadline and capacity to work under pressure.
∎ Strong Sense of Ethics & Confidentiality.
∎ Good command in written and spoken English
∎ Good navigational and usage skill at MS Word & MS Excel
