∎ Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Total Project Planning (Evaluation of Project, Complete estimate, work schedule, Top supervision, Equipment requirement etc.)
∎ Co-ordination with concern person/ department for decision collect.
∎ To be solve all kinds of drawing related and other site issues.
∎ Monitoring the work progress time to time and must be complete the project within the work schedule/ time frame.
∎ Proper checking & controlling the site requisition.
∎ Instruction to Site Engineer to keep all the records properly including as built drawing & site order book.
∎ Take necessary action at site before 7/ 10 days to handing over the site.
∎ Time to time reconciliation at site regarding materials consumption, site cleaning and safety issues.
