Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Govt. Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He must able to prepare BOQ, Budget, work schedule, material schedule and planning.
∎ Prepare costing, site inspection regularly.
∎ Prepare BBS, site inspection checklist & As-Built drawing.
∎ Solve site issues and coordinate with other dept. project team for final drawing preparation
∎ Must know Auto CAD, MS Office (word, excel and power point) fluently.
∎ Able to coordinate between contractors, certify bill and forecast work progress with proper planning & scheduling.
∎ Must able to stay on site full time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 4 Years' experience. Spinning mill project experience will be preparable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spinning Mill project.
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Excel & MS word, Auto CAD.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with good commend in Bangla & English.
∎ Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
