Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
∎ MBA will be given preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Good knowledge on Leed Certification.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling the total administration of projects.
∎ Making weekly work programs and achieving target(s) with respect to Master Plan or Gantt Chart.
∎ Ensuring quality control aspects are meticulously followed/ complied with
∎ Ensuring pre & post compliance of procedures for all works, like soaking of bricks, curing etc.
∎ Maintaining checklist and formats of all works properly on a regular basis
∎ Mandatory presence during supervision-worthy construction processes such as concrete mix, mortar mix, paint mix, mosaic mix, G I pipe thread cutting etc.
∎ Checking level and alignment of all works For e.g. plaster, shutter, reinforcement etc.
∎ Tracking, Supervising and Recording the tests and inspections of processes such as pressure test, undulation of paint work, tile void, Aluminum, Grill etc. as per the checklist and methods.
∎ Selecting finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Will have to travel often.
∎ Experience in residential, commercial and factory building construction.
