Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Billing system application (Collection, Mediation & Rating).
∎ Monitoring of Soft Switches & Billing Server (Server health check, Disk space and CDR backup).
∎ Sort out issues in switch or billing system and work with the relevant team to resolve the issues.
∎ Rate upload, Rate sheet analysis and rate verification for customer & supplier.
∎ Dispute resolution (Data mining, CDR analysis, Email communication with carrier, Conference call, meeting and proposal submission).
∎ Repricing of wrong charging calls or report for Customer & Supplier by identifying issues (Rate upload error, rate sheet error or other error).
∎ Report Generation, Invoice generation, invoice rollback & regeneration of invoice because of any change or error.
∎ Credit Note preparation based on the analysis of CDR and supplier information (Discounted rate or resolved dispute on favor of customer).
∎ Declaration invoice generation based on the data projection from billing system for supplier.
∎ Outgoing invoice verification & approval by data analysis in billing system.
∎ Upgradation of LCR data, which generates multiple analytical reports based on that data upgradation.
∎ Maintain system operation includes (Service control, Error Log, Autoblock Log, balance notification Log etc).
∎ Coordination between inter department, convey meetings and preparation of all formal documents.

∎ Age 25 to 28 years
