Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Utility

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all equipment of electrical & electro-mechanical machinery including Generator, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Compressor, WTP & ETP etc.
∎ 2. Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machinery and equipment of the organization.
∎ 3. Developing, updating and maintaining the SOP for maintenance of all machinery and equipment & Training all maintenance staff as per maintenance SOP.
∎ 4. Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ 5. Ensure the best possible and cost effective way for maintenance and repairing work of machineries.
∎ 6. Responsible for providing mechanical design, technical analysis, and resolution of engineering problems with knowledge in Auto cad.
∎ 7. Control and manage engineering team through regular visits as necessary in order to assess progress, safety and quality and to give instruction or advice to engineering supervisors and workers.
∎ 8. Managing inventory of all equipment and machinery and utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
∎ 9. Prepare necessary reports, record keeping.
∎ 10. Look after all necessary purchase requisition of mechanical equipment with Technical evaluation of all equipment before purchase.
∎ 11. Responsible for any work assigned by higher authority as and when required.
∎ 12. Advise Plant Manager on the issues of production, operation, maintenance and revenue that may help to attain company goal and objective.
∎ 13. Preparing daily and monthly operation and maintenance reports showing information regarding plant efficiency, lube oil consumption, fuel consumption, power outputs, scheduled/ unscheduled outage factor and operational trend capability.
∎ 14. Operating all equipment with all compliances.
∎ 15. Assist Plant Manager in performing target setting in plant capacity, availability and efficiency of the plant.
∎ 16. Ensuring work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical/mechanical job.
∎ 17. Report to head of engineering.
