∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Marine /Mechanical / Naval Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Shipping Operation, Shipyard
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track and monitor all ship movement, countdown of every trip while staying at jetty or any destination.; also check average load draft, amount of transported goods and prepare daily/monthly reports.
∎ Monitor loading and unloading works and ensure load draft as per requirement.
∎ Prepare all types of bill like shipping line expense, monthly freight bill, dispatch demurrage bill, store bill, cargo qty, charter ship bill, entertainment bill etc.
∎ Issue fuel declaration of every trip and complete register entry.
∎ Prepare daily fuel expense report, cargo load report etc.
∎ Prepare annual inventory report of all ship properties.
∎ Monitor ship crew .
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Shipping operation of lighter vessels or ocean going vessels
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Ability to work in a cross-functional team
∎ Adequate computer knowledge
