Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
∎ BBA/MBA or Graduate in any other discipline having experience in Lift/Escalator sales are also encouraged to apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Find out the prospects for Lift & Escalator sales
∎ To understand customer's requirements (access load pattern, mode of operation etc.) and to suggest them the right capacity and kind of the lift.
∎ Preparation & submission of both financial and technical offers.
∎ Follow up and meet the clients to mature an offer.
∎ Site visit, site selection & supervise installation work according to the instruction of principal.
∎ Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
∎ Maintain close liaison with other sales wings for getting new query
∎ To ensure the payment and collection of Lift sales
∎ Prepare the monthly sales & collection report.
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales projection and performance.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all offers, sales, factors for winning or reason for losing a sales and activity reports of the department as well as competitor activities.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction

∎ Good knowledge on Lift & Escalator industry
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office
∎ Full mobility to travel
