∎ Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in a reputed Hospital / Diagnostic Center/ Indenting firm.
∎ The person with experience in genetic biomarker testing sales and marketing shall get preference.
∎ Proven business development, sales and marketing experience.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Effective management, communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Result-oriented and persuasive.

∎ Conceptualizing new brands that will have impacts on the growth and life cycle of the services.
∎ Develop market research and marketing strategies, launching molecular and general tests to saturate market demand nationwide.
∎ Prepare promotional items like literature, booklets, flyers and referral investigation forms and prepare a competitive budget and action plan for assigned brands.
∎ Implement marketing strategies through market analyses for both existing and new brands on a regular basis and keep updated on all required items.
∎ Ensure the effective short-term and long-term sales growth of assigned services.
∎ Organize promotional campaigns and need-based scientific seminars and symposiums with different specialties of doctors confidently and independently.
∎ Arrange training, orientation and refresher courses on new and existing products for new and existing sales and marketing personnel.
∎ Monitor competitors’ activities through contact with field forces and other sources etc.
∎ Liaison with respective departments for smooth running of the departmental activities.
∎ Review the development of promotional materials for assigned brands and take necessary action from time to time.
∎ Establishing a good rapport with doctors and healthcare providers by paying regular field visits.
∎ Monitor product-wise target achievement and give technical support to reach the target.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the Management from time to time.
