∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform internal audit works in the Shipping industry to ensure compliance
∎ Visit Chattogram Office frequently to ensure proper routine audit work related to ship operation & maintenance
∎ Verify the shipping materials and other related documents on account of purchase.
∎ Ensure proper audit reports with necessary observations and recommendations based on findings.
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Verify inventories of ship industry & Oil tankers with a software-generated report by physical counting.
∎ Check & verify all transactions are made in accordance with the organization's internal Operating Procedures or policy.
∎ Review and finalize the draft reports and submit final report to the management in consultation with Department Head
∎ Check & Verify shipbuilding machinery and parts to ensure compliance
∎ Ensure the quality of goods that are carried by ship
∎ Examine LC documents, C & F bills, Logistic and shipping bill
Additional Requirements:
∎ Analytical skills, report writing, and presentation skills.
∎ Problem-Solving Skills and Analysis.
∎ Practical Experience on Microsoft Office Package
∎ Good drafting & typing skill in both Bangla & English
