∎ Additional Certifications in areas like Compliance Management, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Regulation would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all BRTA requirements, including car fitness, advance tax, tax token, road permits, new registrations, digital number plates, ownership changes, vehicle sale documentation, and engine modifications.
∎ Handle car insurance claims and assist in resolving traffic-related cases.
∎ Issue new trade licenses, process renewals, and handle amendments as required.
∎ Oversee the registration of new trademarks and address any trademark-related issues.
∎ Maintain fire safety and Kolkarkhana (factory) licenses to ensure industrial safety compliance.
∎ Manage boiler license applications and renewals specifically for BSML and Blossom Food.
∎ Conduct air and noise tests, ensuring the timely renewal of environmental compliance certifications.
∎ Ensure compliance with BERC (Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission) requirements.
∎ Handle Bostro registration with BIDA, including renewals, amendments, and any related tasks.
∎ Manage BIDA/BOI processes such as new registrations, AD-HOK applications, IRC modifications, investment limit adjustments, and foreign employee permits.
∎ Oversee the issuance, renewal, and amendment of export and import licenses (IRC & ERC), including adjustments to limit, address, and company name.
∎ Obtain and renew BSTI licenses to ensure compliance with industry standards.
∎ Conduct testing and analysis for food, raw materials, and construction materials to meet WFP and government requirements.
∎ Calibrate equipment such as digital scales and moisture machines in line with WFP and government standards.
∎ Arrange BUET inspections and obtain certified copies for customs and regulatory compliance.
∎ Manage new and renewed memberships with BAPA.
∎ Obtain customs import certifications for machinery and spare parts to ensure compliance with import regulations.
∎ The Assistant Manager - Compliance & Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to industry standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role involves handling a broad range of compliance matters, including vehicle documentation, trade and business licensing, industrial safety, environmental compliance, and quality testing. Key responsibilities include:
