Additional Requirements:
∎ College degree or above, with prior customer service or telemarketing experience required
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English; Chinese proficiency is a plus
∎ Patient and meticulous, with strong stress resistance and conflict-resolution skills
∎ Proficient in office software such as Excel, and capable of reasonably arranging shift rotations for the customer service team
∎ Prior experience in financial debt collection is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To review credit documents (income proof, family member information, etc.) submitted by mobile phone purchasers via phone and SMS
∎ To send repayment reminders, conduct debt collection, and perform device locking operations for overdue customers
∎ To handle customer complaints and maintain good user relationships
∎ To record and feedback common issues to assist in optimizing risk control processes
∎ To achieve daily outbound call targets, ensure service quality, effectively manage the customer service team, and reduce company operational risks.
