Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend all customer complaints and inquiries in facebook/Email/Phone Call & reply customer quickly with good manner.
∎ Maintain customer contact record of customer problems which are solved / not solved and submit daily report to management.
∎ Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
∎ Report to management about daily, weekly & monthly update situation.
∎ Summarizing and monitoring dealer data.
∎ Assist in planning customer care activity.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Effective problem solving & decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.
∎ A thorough knowledge of product and services of the company as well as industry.
∎ Ability to use computer system for CR management.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
