Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree with 4/3 years honors in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing examination results of all the Departments of the USTC.
∎ Checking tabulation sheets and scrutinizing the marks.
∎ Maintaining the top-most confidentiality of official works.
∎ Completing the assignments given by the controller of Examinations.
∎ Arrangement for publishing the results of all the Departments in due time.
∎ Preparing mark sheets, tabulation sheets, transcripts, certificates etc. and record keeping.
∎ Completing the works related to Convocation.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ In depth knowledge of functions of Examination Office.
∎ The incumbent should have strong IT knowledge and skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Exceptionally qualified/ experienced candidates will get preferences.
