∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Master’s degree in Nursing or Public Health along with a B.Sc. in Nursing under BNMC.
∎ Valid nursing license in Bangladesh.
∎ Relevant experience is preferable in a teaching or training capacity, preferably in ophthalmology or related fields.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
∎ Proficiency in developing curriculum and educational materials.
∎ Strong organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work flexibly and adapt training approaches to meet diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and deliver training programs for nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices in ophthalmology nursing.
∎ Conduct assessments to identify educational needs and develop customized training materials and courses.
∎ Facilitate hands-on clinical training sessions and workshops.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to stay updated on the latest in eye care technologies and nursing practices.
∎ Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
∎ Any additional responsibilities designated by the Nursing Department.
∎ Context: IIEI&H is seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse Trainer (ACNT) to lead our nursing staff towards excellence in ophthalmic care under the supervision of Head of the department. The ACNT will play a significant role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competencies of our nursing team. This role is ideal for a passionate educator with a strong background in nursing and a dedication to improving patient care through education. ∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ Design and deliver training programs for nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices in ophthalmology nursing.
