∎ Diploma in Engineering, HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operating Boiler efficiently maintaining continuous steam supply causing zero disturbance in production.
∎ Actively participating in maintenance of the machine
∎ Maintain all CL, CIL for the machine
∎ Attend utility DDS and trickle down the actions coming from DDS to the team
∎ Execution of trial operations as per business requirement as directed by management.
∎ Co-ordination with the boiler operation team in solving various issues and maintaining proper housekeeping of Boiler House.
∎ Co-Ordination with Mechanical Engineer to ensure smooth production
∎ Plays a vital role in capability development of Boiler Assistant Operators
∎ Demonstrates the ability to identify and analyze losses/ abnormalities in machine/product/quality
∎ Demonstrates the eagerness to coach and develop team members
∎ Demonstrates the capability to drive and implement changes in work process by himself/herself and team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
