3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad design, building design, Creative Design, Interior Design, LUMION, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application for our Profile Ltd. architects & engineers only eligible who has experienced with similar job in a similar industry (Architectural Firm) minimum 2 to 3 years.
∎ This is a full-time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.
∎ Posting will be in our Gulshan-1 office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly skilled and proficient in 3D modeling, Animation, and Presentation.
∎ Clear conception about building projects, building materials, interior design - materials and execution process.
∎ Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques.
∎ Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methods.
∎ Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design.
∎ Knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering relating to building costs.
∎ Assists in the preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing.
∎ Assists in the preparation of layout and draw preliminary sketches of projects to present to the client.
∎ To perform any sort of relevant job if assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
