Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management or Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Bachelor and Masters in any other discipline is also encouraged
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
billing process, Reservation and ticketing, Travel management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Travel Management (Dealing with 3rd party-arrange Hotel and Rent-a-Car for users).
∎ Arranging air tickets for company travels (Domestics & Overseas).
∎ Dealing with the hotels with good manner & keep booking for the BHL guest & arrange their requirements; such as dinner & rent-a-car if necessary.
∎ Arrange restaurants at city for lunch & dinner (Based on requirements).
∎ Prepare proper requisition for company car periodically for servicing and maintenance.
∎ Billing process pf monthly CNG, diesel, Octane and periodically for the maintenance of manager's car.
∎ Make requisition and billing process for stationary.
∎ Billing process for all foreigners business trip and dinner meet as well.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Understanding applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes.
