Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com), B. Com/ MBA Finance
∎ M.Com. in Accounting with Honors; ACCA (Course completed) would be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

∎ Support Financial operational & administrative aspects of research projects and TSB matters
∎ Key Relationships
∎ Team members directly interact with this position.
∎ Senior Trial Manager, RALM, TSB officials

∎ Principle Investigators / Co-Investigators
∎ Site Research Team
∎ Different vendors and audit firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording all types of transaction
∎ Recording all transactions in QuickBooks
∎ Preparing vouchers and documents for cash, bank transactions and journal entries.
∎ Preparing payment schedule, reimbursement schedule & co -ordinating with PIs and disbursing all
∎ payment procedures.
∎ Prepare finance report every two months for submission to UOE and detail report for internal use.
∎ Prepare forecast report and invoice for reimbursement.
∎ To maintain petty cash for the central office and all site office
∎ To prepare salary sheets, pay slips and disburse salaries.
∎ To maintain all types of banking activities and visit banks when necessary.
∎ Scanning documents and attaching them in QuickBooks
∎ Taking attendance from all employees.
∎ To prepare for the yearly audit, tax return submission and monthly VAT return submission.
∎ Co-ordinate with RALM for any procurement procedures and operational activities.
∎ Co-ordinate with all PIs about the financial report and support all types of finance-related changes
∎ support.
∎ Support tasks as assigned by the Senior Trial manager and TSB management.

∎ Support and ensure a successful financial audit
∎ Salaries, overheads payments, vendor payments on time
∎ Ensure the availability of adequate funds for the smooth running of the studies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Audit, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Internal Audit
∎ Experience in managing financial control of international clinical research projects will be preferred.
∎ Having a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA- Finance) or Advanced certificate course in
∎ Finance
∎ Fluent in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
∎ Good coordinating and organizational skills.
∎ Fluency in both languages, English and Bangla
∎ Good leadership skills
∎ Excellent documentation skills
∎ Knowledge of financial audits & other financial processes is desired.
∎ Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ A helpful and flexible attitude and ability to relate to colleagues of all levels.
