Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire and Safety, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire safety Management

Job Context:
∎ The Leathergoods And Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh. (LFMEAB) is the recognized trade body that represents most of the major export oriented manufacturers & exporters of leathergoods & footwear in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Assessor- Fire & Electrical safety to take care of the members, workforce and their properties.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (2 years).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in carrying out complex Fire & Electrical Risk Assessments to a high standard.
∎ Compile Fire & Electrical Risk Assessment reports using the online reporting system.
∎ Excellent knowledge of current fire & electrical safety practices, codes and guidelines, fire safety management and fire risk assessment.
∎ Undertake fire risk assessments and compile emergency action plans for member factories.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the member factories and ensure high-quality service delivery.
∎ Sharing of knowledge, experience regarding fire & electrical risk assessment among the team.
∎ Conduct of training and monitoring of fire safety consultants.
∎ Ready to make visit to the factories as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Leathergoods and Footwear factory level working experience will get preference.
∎ Should be willing to visit factories as per requirement.

Salary: Negotiable
