Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: To market cattle feed, poultry feed, and fish feed (both floating and sinking) produced by Chashi Poultry & Fish Feed, the company is urgently looking to recruit skilled, smart, and energetic personnel. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets Demonstrate honesty and sincerity towards the company and personal responsibilities Identify and select suitable dealers according to area coverage planning Conduct regular market visits to monitor area coverage and competitors’ activities, and continuously explore new opportunities to increase sales in the assigned territory Explore and identify potential markets for marketing and sales Monitor and lead Territory Sales Officers and sales representatives to achieve overall company goals Employment Status: Full-time Additional Requirements: Minimum age: 35 years Only male candidates are eligible to apply Experienced candidates will be given preference Compensation & Other Benefits: T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus Salary review: Yearly Festival bonus: 2 times per year
